I praise You for all You have done, are doing, and will do. You have held me together when otherwise I would have clearly fallen apart. You have guided my steps towards any success all my life. You have provided for my every need and more. You have placed the right people in my life to encourage and help me. You have blessed me since knitting me together in my mother’s womb. I give You all praise, honor, and glory.

Thank You for everything good in my life. For every great relationship, opportunity, or piece of integrity only reflects Your grace and mercy. Help me to take none of these things for granted. Help me to never take the credit for things that are all Your handiwork on display. I long to give You consistent glory for it all.

Please take what I can’t control or don’t understand in my life. Use it all for Your designed purposes and glory. Help me to trust You fully with the past, present, and future. Use my brokenness, pain, and suffering to make much of You. Help me to stay the course of faith and to carry out Your pre-made plans for my life.

I confess to You my many sins and shortcomings. I thank You for total forgiveness  found only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Change in me any attitude, perspective or approach that is not pleasing to You. Keep me clean and close to Your heart. I surrender all things and all people to You. Have Your way Lord in my heart, my family, and in this world. In Jesus’ Mighty name I do pray!

“And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.“ (Romans 8:26-28)
